Viticulture: Traditional bush-trained vines (en vaso), from old vineyards over 60 years of age.
Vinification: Made from the best grape clusters from the “Los Laureles” estate, with a double selection in the vineyard and in the winery, separating the shoulders from the tips of the clusters.
Grapes undergo cold maceration for 48 hours to extract primary aromas.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 18–25°C.
Malolactic fermentation is carried out in 225-liter French oak barrels for 25 days.
The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
