Viticulture: Vertical trellis system.

Vinification: Made from hand-harvested grapes with double selection at optimal ripeness. Grapes are placed in tanks and cold macerated for 6 to 10 hours. A gentle pressing follows to extract the must, which is then clarified and slowly fermented at around 16°C. After several rackings, the wine is bottled.

- Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, very clean and bright.

- On the nose, it is fresh, with aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus, and a background of white flowers.

- On the palate, it is fresh and silky, with a smooth texture and good final persistence.

Serve between 8–10°C. Pairs well with fish, fresh seafood, and pasta.
