Viticulture: Vertical trellis system.

Vinification: Made from a manual harvest with double selection of grape clusters at optimal ripeness. Grapes enter the tank uncrushed and undergo maceration-fermentation for 5 to 8 days at 23–27°C. Then the must is extracted, and the skins are gently pressed. After several rackings, the wine is bottled.

- Clear and bright, ruby red color with violet hues and medium body.

- Very complex on the nose, with aromas of fig leaf, black pepper, and aromatic herbs, accompanied by intense mineral notes.

- Fresh on the palate, with well-defined fruit, ripe and very soft tannins. Marked acidity and persistent finish.

Serve between 16–18°C. Pairs well with oily fish, pasta, and red meats.
