Respiro Tinto Listán Negro

Respiro Red is the most expressive version of Listán Negro. Coming from vines grown in volcanic soil, it is vinified with respect, seeking the purity of the varietal.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly to preserve its fruity character, it offers notes of cherry and black pepper, with a smooth texture and a lingering finish.
